Had a wonderful experience at Rixos Sadiyat! Just when we entered the hotel immediately we were offered delicious Arabic coffee with cardamom by Mahmoud! He was super nice and warm! He happily explained all about Arabic coffee, and culture!))) It made our short stay really enjoyable and touching! Thank you!🙏🏻❤️

Best hotel in UAE. Best beach destinations in Saadiyat and in UAE. The staff are helpful especially Benj, Marc and Dona in the lobby for always greeting me and my son at all times. They also assisted me in making my stay more comfortable. Highly recommend

Great place 😍 our stay at Rixos in Abu Dhabi was amazing! Manager Olhastood out in particular, her care and attention made our stay incredibly comfortable and friendly. We will definitely return! We have only been here for one night so far and we are staying for 12 nights. We find some of the reviews to be self opinionated and are not very helpful in terms of what others require in a hotel. So far we have not seen any of the issues regarding what other people have said about the hotel or the quests, everything seems fine and we are happy with the way things are going. We will review later on in our visit.h

Wonderful hotel with first class staff/amenities

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay and it exceeded our expectations on every level. From the warm welcome of the staff, 5* facilities all across the resort, high standard of food/drink in all restaurants/bars to the stunning natural extensive beach. We particularly enjoyed the gym/spa facilities including the daily exercise classes (especially the pool bases aqua classes) provided by the highly professional Nalin, Ambru and the rest of the fantastic team. Nalin was extremely friendly and always ensured our needs were being catered for. We really appreciated him taking the time to engage with us and share his knowledge of the resort and local area. Other staff to give a special mention to are Keenan in the Turquoise restaurant and Monica in Aja restaurant.
